The race for the vacant Cincinnati City Council seat has come to a close. Larry Moreno will be the next member of the City Council after defeating Grant Brock and Vanessa Abbott. After the first wave of voting, Moreno and Brock were tied with nine votes each. But after the second wave of votes this afternoon, Moreno had pulled ahead.
